TREVOR GENE
is our 4th child (3rd son) born January 4, 1984. His middle name is after my dad, Gene Hawkes Goaslind. When Trevor was a toddler, many people thought he and Michael were twins. Trevor's nickname is "Bean" as in jumping bean because it seemed he never was still, except when on the computer. He had/has a "quirky" sense of humor. He, too, is very talented with music - both singing and instrumental. His middle school band teacher complained that he was always playing the other instruments parts on his baritone by ear instead of his part.
Trevor currently lives in Apache Junction, AZ, which is east of Mesa/Phoenix, with his girfriend, Tiffanie. They are expecting a baby girl the end of August and plan on getting married soon. He also has a 3 1/2 year old daughter, Tabatha, from a previous relationship and Tiffanie has a little girl, Alexis (almost 4). Seems even my step-grandchildren are girls.

Another of Trevor's talents is working with computers. He took CAD drafting classes in high school and did great in them. His senior year he was the only student in the 4th year program and his teacher gave him the assignment of figuring out how the new program just purchased operated. Trevor then was to teach the teacher how to use it. He received at A+ that year. Unfortunately, he has yet been able to continue his education in that field. He currently is working as a chef in a small restaurant. He always seems to have a positive attitude even when life isn't going the way he would like it to.
(Sidenote -- I forgot to mention name connections with the two previous sons. Riley's middle name is after Rod's dad, Milton Anderson, and Michael's is for Rod's brother whom he was very close to, Jimmy Wayne Anderson. Funny thing, Michael resembles Jimmy.)

MoM--that is not why Trevor is nicknamed "Bean"
I thought it was from "Trevor Gene the jelly bean"
Alright Mom! This is getting addicting for an otherwise "internet avoider except when absolutely necessary"
Well, it was for "jellybean" and for "jumping bean" because he was always moving and bouncing around. As for addicting, just when I have something to report and with just getting started, there is more to report. It will slow down once I've told on Derek.
